Shopkins Inspired Party

“Once you shop…you can’t stop” and that’s exactly how it is when your child enters the Shopkins World. My daughter is obsessed with collecting Shopkins so for her 7th birthday she wanted a Shopkins Inspired theme party. I was up for the challenge and had so much fun doing so. With so many characters and so many cute food items, putting it together was a breeze. I decided to use the main food characters as treats for the sweets table.

We had Kookie Cookie (chocolate chip cookies), D’lish Donuts (pink frosted donuts), Melonie Lips (watermelon lollipops), Cupcake Queen, Cheeky Chocolate, and Poppy Corn (popcorn).

Ani from Gema Sweets made us the MOST ADORABLE apple blossom cake pops and Lippy Lips cookies.

The cake, was a stunning representation of the cake character, Wishes. (It was delicious too).

To complete the look, I used some of my daughter’s favorite Shopkins and playsets as props. I also scattered some shopping coins (chocolate coins) around the table.

I was very happy the way it all came together…colorful and bright, and most importantly a big happy smile from the birthday girl.
